In order for someone (say a potential client) to want to take that next step with you, you HAVE to get to know them on a personal level. So why wouldn’t you want to spend time building your personal brand? I look at personal brands as a vital pathway to getting through to a corporate brand… and I’ve identified ๐Ÿฏ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ when it comes to communicating your personal brand.

By being 100% genuine with them and telling them what makes YOU UNIQUE, you are building trust and confidence in the fact that you can bring them successful outcomes.

Communicating how the two areas will come together to achieve success shows the person you’re talking to exactly what they will expect, AND that you’re the only one who can provide it.

At the end of the day, ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ. And your personal brand might just be the tiebreaker in someone working with you over someone else. Some might call it a popularity contest, but I like to think of it as a trust contest. You’re always going to have an edge if you’re trusted and can authentically communicate your personal brand. And THAT is the key to getting someone to work with your corporate brand!
