SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats)

We will be introspective/strategic about your business, and identify where you fit into your market from a competitive standpoint. After capturing your brand essence, we’ll dig deep into your place in the market and explore all opportunities and obstacles. Once we find your strategic advantage, we’ll choose the best path for you.

CREATE BENCHMARKS

Creating benchmarks is key to holding yourself and us accountable. With this information, we can identify gaps in the current processes in order to achieve a competitive advantage. We will learn what your current metrics are, build from there, and begin to track your progress.

CHART GOALS

Once true benchmarks are known, we can establish criteria for your Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). We will start by creating a plan to grow each benchmark incrementally. Then we monitor goals and processes consistently and maintain accurate records of KPIs. 

SALES STRATEGY

We’ll build you a custom game plan by applying SWOT elements with the KPIs. With this game plan, we aim to maintain sales KPI benchmarks. We will give you the tools to communicate your consistent message internally and externally. We also identify and plan for new marketing partnerships and sectors of business that could be more fruitful.
